We’ll break down each routine step-by-step before going full-out, so you can learn and still get a powerful, high-energy workout, no experience needed.

In this format, only the new routine is broken down; the rest is a non-stop, cardio-packed playlist.

Perfect for those who’ve taken a few 101s or want to move through the flow with minimal breakdowns.

I’m a certified Throw Down® instructor and wellness coach based here in Sonoma County. 

After years of dragging myself through workouts I didn’t enjoy, I finally found what lights me up, movement that feels like freedom, not punishment.

That’s why I’m bringing Throw Down® to our local community.

It’s the perfect mix of sweat, joy, and hype. No pressure, just community, movement and good vibes.
