Hi, I'm Katie Durana

Our vision

To help people build autonomy through wellness so they can make decisions based on their own needs, values, and lived experience.

Our mission

To help you stop outsourcing your well-being. You don't need another expert telling you what to do. You need the tools, space, and support to figure out what's right for you, and the confidence to act on it.

What people say about working with me

"She doesn't tell you what to do. She helps you figure out what's right for you."

Background

In 2021, while going through a divorce, I found myself living on my own in a country far from home, with very little support. I reached out for help, and I received it. But most of it came with an unspoken message: you're a problem to be fixed.

Then a kind woman opened her home to me. She didn't try to fix me. She simply let me be. In that space, I remembered who I was, and I realized something that changed my career: people don't need to be fixed. They need room to figure out what works for them.

I loved my corporate job, my coworkers, and the success I'd built. But I was craving more meaning, so I left my IT job to build something of my own.

That's how The Wellness Outlook was born.

I help women stop dreading their mornings and build exercise routines and eating habits that fit their real lives, without feeling flawed for struggling with consistency in the first place.

In my first year, I worked one-on-one with six clients, hosted three coaching sessions, and shared my morning method through my ebook.

"I struggled with finding the motivation to do everyday tasks. Even just going out of bed in the morning was hard for me.

After the program, I wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning and do not struggle getting out of bed anymore."

These days, I also teach dance, because dancing is one of the most joyful ways to feel like yourself again.

If mornings feel like a daily battle, I'd love to help you take them back.
