Beginner-friendly. We break down each routine before we go full-out.

This is a 90-minute high-cardio dance fitness class set to hip hop throwbacks and top hits. (8 to 9:30 AM)

Then social time after. (9:30 to 10:00 AM)

Come for the vibe, leave sweaty and proud.

Perfect for you if you want:

- miss clubbing without the hangover

- are looking for a dance workout that actually teaches the moves

- want a fun way to move alongside women who came for the same reason

No dance experience needed.

Dogs are welcome (limited to 10 for this event) but not mandatory.

After signing up, you’ll get an email confirmation with the details of the event and how to RSVP your dog if you're bringing one.

This class is strictly for adults 18+.
